Our New Premises – just for interest…
We’ve just moved into our new premises, giving us more space to store the new books we want to bring out. It also gives us a bit more space to work in, without being crammed up against each other all the time. We managed to find a small warehouse and had an office built in it so we’ve got a perfect place for answering the phones and processing orders as well as lenty of space for storing the books.
Apart from us picking the hottest week of the year to move all the boxes of books, the move went fairly smoothly, with just one or two hiccups…
As we start moving in…
One of the hiccups was it took us a while to get a fridge… so black tea and coffee only!
Plenty of room to store lots more books!
Inside the storage area we had an office built for answering the phones, working on new books and so on.
Here it is looking a touch more finished. This is where Tim, Julie and the others will be when you speak to us on the phone.
