So, what are these new books all about?
I mean, I’ve said they’re about keeping in touch – but what do I mean?
Well, the book is called “Making the Miles Fade: Using your smartphone, tablet, PC or laptop to bring you closer to friends and family who live far away (and those who don’t)”
I know – I always seem to come up with long titles for my books. But then, that way I can make sure the title actually describes it, instead of giving you a daft one word title that doesn’t tell you anything.
The point of the book is exactly what the title says – it “does what it says on the tin” as the old advert went.
It helps you to be closer to friends and family, whether they live nearby or a long way away. It helps you to share more moments with them, even if they’re nowhere near you.
You might already know some of the things you can use your PC, tablet or phone for that help you stay in touch – but there’s a good chance you don’t know all the ways they could help you. Now, I’m not saying you should know every last thing – but you can’t choose what’ll help you the most unless you find out what’s possible.
So why not have a look at the full information and see if that helps you decide? It’s here.
There is a second book, too. It’s called “Meeting People Online: Find friendship, find love, find other folk with the same weird & wonderful interests as you (whether you want to meet up in real life or keep it all online) ”.
Another snappy title – there’s more about what’s in that one in the full information – here it is again.
