Two questions for you…

Two questions for you:

  1. Do you have a tablet?
  2. If you had a car that only turned left, would you be happy?

I suspect I know the answer to the second question. Would you just live with it and plan your journeys so you never need to turn right? I suspect not – you’d want to find out what was wrong and get it fixed – pronto.

But lots of people just live with problems on their tablets. Sometimes they know it’s not doing quite what they want, but just live with it. Or blame it on themselves when it’s not their fault at all! Sometimes people don’t even realise there’s something wrong with the way their tablet is working – they just think that’s the way it’s meant to be.

That’s where the new Tablet Help is at Hand books come in. They go through the most common problems with tablets (iPads and Android tablets) and explain how to fix them, in simple steps, all explained in plain simple language.

You can find out more (and, if you like, order a set on trial so you can see for yourself) here.

I don’t have a laptop, tablet or iPad because I don’t like them.
And I’m still waiting for my order for using with a desktop, to arrive!!! It’s now 6 weeks since you received payment via Paypal as per my bank statement.

Hello – thanks for letting me know and my apologies. I’l look into what’s happened here as we normally despatch the same day we get orders, which means you’d normally get them a day or two later, depending on the speed of the post. Clearly something has gone wrong here.
I’ll investigate and get back to you and make sure we get your order in the post to you today.
        Yours and apologies again

Hello again. I’ve looked into it and I don’t yet know how it happened but we hadn’t sent the books out to you. My apologies – that’s not the kind of service I want us to be providing. I’ll look into how it happened so we can make sure it doesn’t happen again and your order is now on its way to you – it should be with you early next week at the latest.
          Yours

Hello, no, I’m afraid these are just for Android tablets or iPads.
With a Windows 10 tablet, if you’ve got the PC books (Computers One Step at a Time and The Internet One Step at a Time), you’ll find quite a lot of them is relevant as Windows 10 on a tablet is not TOO different from on a PC.
